When to use the web player

Use the web player when: your TV brand does not support player apps (Samsung, LG), your TV model is older, or you do not want to install apps.

How to access the web player

Open your Smart TV's web browser. Navigate to the VieworaTV web player URL. Bookmark it for easy access in the future.

Login with the web player

Enter your username and password from your credentials email. The web player typically needs only username and password — no server URL required.

Web player performance

Web player performance depends on your TV's browser and internet speed. Samsung and LG browsers can be slow. If buffering occurs, try an external device.

Web player vs app comparison

Apps are generally faster and more stable than web players. But the web player requires no installation and works on more devices. If your TV browser is fast, the web player is a good option.
