Smart TV Streaming Troubleshooting

Fix common Smart TV streaming problems with these step-by-step solutions.

Smart TV Streaming Troubleshooting

Login not working

Double-check every field. Copy and paste credentials from your email. Make sure you chose Xtream Codes login, not M3U, if your provider uses Xtream. Avoid extra spaces in usernames and passwords.

Buffering or freezing

Check internet speed (10+ Mbps for HD, 25+ for 4K). Smart TVs often have weak WiFi — try Ethernet if possible. Clear app cache. Restart the TV.

App crashing

Restart the TV. Clear app cache and data. Uninstall and reinstall the app. Check for firmware updates. If the app keeps crashing, try a different player app.

No video or black screen

Check HDMI connection if using external device. Try a different HDMI port. Restart the TV. Some channels may be temporarily down — try other channels.

Audio issues

Check TV audio settings. Some TVs do not support Dolby Digital from streaming apps — switch to PCM. Try a different channel. Restart the TV.

Still stuck

Contact Telegram support with your TV brand, model, and the specific issue. Include screenshots if possible.
